1/2Pcs MQ-8 Hydrogen Sensor Detection Alarm Module Gas Sensor Hydrogen Leak Monitoring Air Quality Sensor

Description

MQ-8 Hydrogen Sensor Detection Alarm Module

MQ-8 Sensor Introduction:

The gas sensing material used in the MQ-8 gas sensor is tin dioxide (SnO2), which has a low conductivity in clean air. When there is flammable gas in the environment where the sensor is located, the conductivity of the sensor increases with the increase of the flammable gas concentration in the air. The change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration using a simple circuit. The MQ-8 gas sensor has high sensitivity to hydrogen and is ideal for monitoring other hydrogen-containing gases. This sensor can detect a variety of hydrogen-containing gases, especially city gas, and is a low-cost sensor suitable for a variety of applications.

It is suitable for monitoring devices for hydrogen leakage in households or industries. It is not disturbed by ethanol, steam, oil fume, carbon monoxide and other gases.

Module Features:

1. Adopt high-quality double-panel design, with power indicator and TTL signal output indicator;

2. With DO switch signal (TTL) output and AO analog signal output;

3. TTL output valid signal is low level. (When the output is low, the signal light is on, and it can be directly connected to the microcontroller or relay module)

4. The voltage of the analog output, the higher the concentration, the higher the voltage.

5. It has better sensitivity for hydrogen detection.

6. There are four screw holes for easy positioning;

7. Product dimensions: 32(L)*20(W)*22(H)

8. Has long service life and reliable stability

9. Fast response and recovery features

Electrical Performance:

Input voltage: DC5V Power consumption (current): 150mA

DO output: TTL digital quantities 0 and 1 (0.1 and 5V)

AO output: 0.1-0.3V (relatively pollution-free), the highest concentration voltage is about 4V

Special reminder: After the sensor is powered on, it needs to be preheated for about 20S, and the measured data is stable. It is normal for the sensor to heat up, because there is a heating wire inside, if it is hot, it will not be normal.
