Power amplifier board features:

10W output: The power output of the power amplifier is 10W, with volume adjustment function, which can directly drive 10W 8 ohm or smaller speakers.

Wide voltage input: DC 9-24V ultra-wide voltage input, easy to use.

Rational design: According to the performance of the device, the layout is reasonable to make the signal more stable and more powerful.

TF bayonet: support 32G TF card, the playback time is greatly increased, and the user is convenient and direct to use.

USB port: without any software, USB directly replaces the sound.

Function configuration:

For the power amplifier board, we use the IO button instead of the AD keyboard connection. The advantage of this is to make full use of more and more GPIOs of the MCU. The design is cumbersome but not simple. Our power amplifier board is configured with the function assignment of 6 buttons by default, which can be controlled at will in any harsh occasion, and can even be used as a communication interface with the MCU. Our keys are assigned many different types of functions.

Button function configuration method:

Button functions are configured through 2 resistors:

1. One-to-one trigger playback, can be interrupted. [K1 and K2 are both suspended]

2. Press the button to stop playing [K1 external 1K is shorted to ground, K2 is left in the air]

3. One-to-one trigger playback, cannot be interrupted [K1 is left in the air, K2 is externally connected to 1K and shorted to ground]

4. Standard playback functions, such as up and down songs, playback pause, etc. [K1, K2 are short-circuited with 1K resistors to ground

Configured through a CFG file:

Since our solution supports the FAT file system, the content of the files in the device can be easily read, so we extend this function and read the key configuration through the read.cfg file in the device.

(1) The configuration file should be named read.cfg, so that it can be recognized by the system. Other naming systems will not recognize it. The principle is this. After the MP3 amplifier board is powered on, the file system will be initialized, and read.cfg will be searched first. After this file is searched, the data in it is read and processed. Please strictly follow the method of configuration parameters given by us.

(2) There can only be one configuration file in the same device, or none, but there cannot be two or more, otherwise it will cause recognition errors.

(3) If you want to configure the button function in FLASH mode, you must create a read.cfg file in FLASH. If you want to configure the button function in TF card mode, you must also create a read.cfg file in the TF card. U disk is the same. That is to say, if any device needs to configure the button function, it needs to create a read.cfg in the corresponding device (if supported).

Serial communication protocol:

As a common communication in the field of control, serial port has been optimized at the industrial level, and measures such as frame verification, retransmission, and error handling have been added to greatly enhance the stability and reliability of communication. Expand the more powerful RS485 for networking function, the communication baud rate of the serial port can be set by yourself, the default is 9600.
