Decoration steps：

step 1：Separate your balloons into groups of 3 by color.

step 2：Blow your balloons up to be the same size.

step 3：Using the ends,tie 3 balloons of the same color together.

step 4：Continue until all balloons are blown up in groups of 3.

step 5：Use the needle to thread only the ends of the balloons so you don't pop any.

step 6：Continue adding sets of 3 until you have desired length.
