Ingredients: yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), sorbitanmonostearate (E491).
Application: For beer brewing
Dosage: 0.5-1.0g/L, 1.0-3.0g/L (Special condition)
Usage: Rehydrate the yeast in 5~ -10 times its weight of boiled water or diluted wort(2:1 water to wort) at 22~30°C in a disinfectant container.
Storage: Keep in cool, dry place
Shelf life: 24 months
