2. Description

EG477 is a bipolar integrated circuit integrating Hall sensor and output driver. It is mainly used for various large and small single-phase DC motors. The chip integrates a Hall sensor, a regulated power supply, a preamplifier, a Schmitt comparator and a drive power transistor.

  EG477 is a high-performance IC designed for single-phase DC motors with few external components. The highly sensitive Hall sensor block enables it to be used in micro CPU cooling fans as well as various types of blowers and DC fans. It has a wide operating voltage range and a limit operating current of 250mA.
