Lightning protection function:

In order to improve the triggering probability of the discharge tube, there is an auxiliary triggering agent in the discharge tube. It is composed of a pair of cold negative plates that are separated from each other and encapsulated in a ceramic tube filled with a certain inert gas (Ar). The gas discharge tube is turned off under normal working conditions, and its inter-electrode resistance is above megohm level. When the surge voltage exceeds the withstand voltage strength of the circuit system, the gas discharge tube is broken down and an arc discharge occurs. Because the arc voltage is low, only tens of volts, it can limit the surge voltage further rise in a short time. . The gas discharge tube is to use the above principle to limit the surge voltage, to discharge the lightning transient overcurrent and limit the overvoltage to the circuit.

This board uses 100A ultra-high current pure copper PIN relay and 4 PCS ultra-large thermistor NTC 20D-20, which can effectively protect your machine and prevent excessive startup current.

This board does not require auxiliary power supply, only 2 terminals, one is connected to the power input (connect a switch control before connecting the power input), and one output is connected to the load, which is very convenient to use.

Working principle:

At the initial stage of power-on, the load is powered by two thermistors with negative temperature coefficients. As the temperature of the thermistor rises, the resistance drops and the voltage rises slowly, thereby effectively suppressing the surge current's impact on the line and the impact on the line. The influence of other electrical appliances. After about 2 seconds, the relay is closed, the thermistor is short-circuited, and the power supply will directly supply power to the load through the relay contacts, and the load will enter the normal working state.
