Because you know freight company have some rules, 0.01kg also count as 0.5kg, (that's meaing you order 0.01kg goods and 0.5kg goods freight cost        will be the same.) 0.55kg~1kg count as 1kg, so 1.51kg~2kg freight cost all the same as 2kg. If take off the bad goods freight cost was the same, then will not refund the freight cost, only refund the bad goods cost, of course, if        take off the bad goods, freight cost cost less, will refund the freight cost difference and the bad goods cost to you. It is fair for you and our company.

Question:How to know it is fair or not about the refund shipping cost?

Answer:It is easy to know. Because all the goods on your hand. You can test the total weight and the bad goods weight. Base on the freight company rules, you can know the freight cost have difference or not.

3. After you get the goods, if you don't like it and want to return back. No problem, but please make sure the products have not been used, and send them back in 7 days or we will assume that the products have been used. And customer must pay the shipping cost back to China. After we get the return goods, we will refund the product cost to you, but can not refund the shipping cost, because we paid shipping cost to freight company yet!
