When using 12V/24V to connect the cigarette lighter cable in the car, please do not exceed 300W (12V). 400W (24V truck).

If it exceeds this power, please connect the output battery to the inverter, otherwise the car fuse will blow.

High voltage protection:

12V inverter can only be connected to 12V battery (working voltage range: 10.5V~15.5V), 24V inverter can only be connected to 24V (working voltage range: 19.5V~28V) 48V inverter can only be connected to 48V battery (working Voltage range: 42V~53V) 60V inverter can only be connected to 60V (working voltage range: 57V~70V). When the voltage exceeds the working voltage range, the inverter will automatically shut down the inverter because the voltage is too low or too high. . How long can the battery last?

2. For a 12V80AH battery car, its power output power=12V*80=960W inverter conversion efficiency is 90?

Take electricity as an example:

The working principle of the inverter:

A power conversion device that converts low-voltage input into stable high-voltage AC output.

Instruct:

The voltage output of the battery should be consistent with the DC voltage input of the inverter. For example, a 12V battery should be a 12V inverter, and the positive and negative poles of the battery should be distinguished when connecting.

H (working time) = U (voltage volt) × I (battery capacity) × 0.8 × 0.9 ÷ power supply

Precautions:

1. The inverter cannot be connected to the grid and cannot be used for AC output lines. A battery equipped with an inverter can provide more power than the actual power consumption of the machine. When the battery wire is stretched, the corresponding wire diameter must be doubled.

2. The inverter outputs are all live cables, and there is no grounding problem. Do not use any one as the ground wire.

3. Connect the inverter to the load. Do not connect any air switch or leakage protection switch between them. Hard operation not only cannot protect, but also cannot avoid damaging the inverter.

Machine failure solution

1. The inverter does not work?

A. Check whether the plug is inserted in place and whether it is loose.

B. If the inverter switch is open.

C. Whether the car cigarette lighter socket has output voltage, such as external wires, and whether the polarity is correct.

2. The output power of the converter is insufficient and can only drive low-power household appliances

A. The battery capacity is too small, and electrical appliances need to be replaced or reduced.

B. The battery voltage is too low and needs to be charged or replaced.

C. If you change the car, the inverter is normal, you need to go to a professional repair shop to thicken the car cigarette lighter socket line. The use load of the cigarette lighter socket shall not exceed 150W.

D. If it is an external battery, thicken the lead to reduce the cable length

3. The inverter does not work and the FALT light is off

A. The power used exceeds the rated power, causing protection. Reduce electricity consumption

B. The battery voltage is too low and need to be charged or replaced
