1. Do I need to install drivers or software to use the stylus with my device?
No software installation or Bluetooth-compatible required. You probably know why a stylus can write on a touchscreen without installing Bluetooth-compatible or an app? Because most laptops/tablets/IWBs have the pen write protocol built in. E.g. Built-in MPP (for Microsoft Pen Protocol), and tablet has built-in AES (active electrostatic)/AIT (touch) protocol. As long as the pen matches the protocol, the stylus is automatically activated when the screen is touched. Our multi-protocol technology helps our stylus match MPP/AES/AIT protocols.
2. Can the stylus also be used for IOS devices?
No, IOS device uses their own technology and protocols. Therefore, they are not compatible with our stylus.
3. Does the stylus also work for Samsung devices?
No, Samsung devices have Wacom EMR technology built into them. Therefore, they are not compatible with our stylus.
4. Does this active stylus work for Chromebook/for Chrome OS devices?
No, for Chromebooks/for Chrome OS devices have built-in USI protocol. The M pen is not compatible with these devices.
