About Shipping

1. We will send the items within 1-5 days (working days, not holiday seasons) after the payment being comfirmed by the platfrom(It's custom product, so order can't be cancel after 2 days).

2. Sometimes, we don't follow your chosen shipping way, because we will choose the most efficient shipping way for you. Let you receive the product faster.

3. If you have not received your shipment within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

4.Please don't open dispute without any communication , it's unfair for seller . We would like to help you solve the problems .

After Sale Service

1. If the product is not as description or broken on transit,please send us picture,we will make full refund or send new product to you.

2. If the parcel missing or some product missing ,please contact and send us pictures we will resend missing  goods /parcel to you or make full refund.
