Instructions for use:
Ensure that the input source signal is between 0.5V and 1.5V. It is recommended that the power supply voltage be DC 8~24V, 2A or more, more than 26V, the chip will burn out, and there will be noise below 8V.
The power supply does not exceed 12V when connected to a 4Ω speaker, and the power supply does not exceed 24V when connected to an 8 ohm speaker. It is recommended to use the rated power of the speaker at 30W or above to prevent the speaker from burning and burning. The speaker cable should not be too long, and it should be suitable within 1 meter.
Precautions:
Pay attention to static electricity protection. Before touching the power amplifier board, first discharge the static electricity on your hand to prevent static electricity from penetrating the power amplifier chip. The digital power amplifier is sensitive to static electricity. The positive and negative poles of the power supply cannot be reversed, and the reverse chip is burned. This module is only suitable for single-supply power supply and cannot be connected to a negative power supply.
Q&A:
Question 1: After the power is turned on, the speaker does not respond after a click.
1) Check if the horn impedance is too small, and the supply voltage is too high. The instantaneous high current causes the chip to enter DC protection; try to reduce the supply voltage and restart.
2) Check if the power supply power is too small and do not move the speaker. Try to replace the high-power power supply. Generally, the 2A power adapter has no problem.
Q2: Is there a “noisy” noise when playing music?
1) Change the sound source to see if it is the noise of the sound source itself.
2) Ground the amplifier input terminal, is it the problem of the amplifier itself?
3) Using a shielded audio cable, is it a wire quality problem that introduces noise?
4) Replace the speaker, is it the speaker itself?
5) Replace the power supply, is it the noise introduced by the unstable power supply?
Q3: Does the horn emit heat during the speaker playback?
A: The speaker power is too small, replace the high power speaker or reduce the signal input.
