Since the forward and reverse rotation is a non-delay hard commutation and high-speed braking, there will be a great impact, so these two functions cannot be operated at high voltage and full speed, and the speed control accelerator must be lowered to 50% or below. 3. The power of this module is small (up to 100W), and the overload capacity is weak. It should be used with a margin. It is not allowed to connect to a high-power motor for work or test machine. Forcible work has the risk of impact damage to the power tube. It is recommended to use 12V power supply within 42W, 24V Power supply within 84W

4. This drive is a low-power fan brushless with Hall drive, and it can also be embedded in other systems. It is specially used for air pumps, water pumps, oil pumps, fans, etc. and industrial control electric motors of small space and low power DC three-phase brushless motors. Debugging instructions: Please read and understand, and then test the machine

After receiving the driver board, first check whether the interface can correspond to your brushless motor interface.

1. There are generally 5 Hall cables or interfaces on the brushless motor, two of which are Hall power supply lines and three are Hall signal lines, which should be distinguished, especially the Hall power supply lines (the Hall power supply lines generally use red and black lines. , some are not, I don't know how to find a way to find a motor manufacturer to ask for it) Don't get it wrong. The three Hall signal lines are generally marked with a(Ha) b (Hb) c(Hc), and there are also three ports Ha Hb Hc on the driver board, etc. characters, corresponding to each other

2. There are three relatively thick phase wires on the motor. There are also three phase wire interfaces on the drive board. They are respectively marked with A(U) B(V) C(W) and other similar characters, and they are also connected correspondingly and confirmed correctly. After the main power supply is energized, turn on the potentiometer throttle by about 20%, and it can rotate normally and smoothly. (If the interfaces are correctly mapped according to the labels, the power supply will not work properly, and the possibility of non-standard labeling by the manufacturer or other reasons cannot be ruled out. Please press the following 3 as the interface definition is unclear to debug)

3. If you do not know the definition of the motor phase wire and the Hall wire, or the manufacturer's mark is not standardized, it can't work normally, then you can blindly connect it according to the following method and then slowly change the Hall wire sequence, first connect the three phases of the motor. The line and the phase line interface of the drive board are connected arbitrarily. There are five Hall signal lines on the motor and three Hall signal lines on the drive board. The three Hall signal ports on the drive board must be connected. The main board will provide 5V power supply, one of the red 5V and one black ground wire of the hall lead wire we sent must find a way to connect with the motor hall power supply wire, remember!!!) After checking that all connections are correct, power on for low voltage (6-12V) small current (0.5-1A) power-on debugging (if conditions permit, use constant current power supply or low-power power supply plus current limiting resistor, etc.), turn on the potentiometer on the board to adjust the speed throttle by about 20%, if the motor If it does not turn or there are other abnormal phenomena, the power is turned off immediately, and then the sequence of the three phase wires of the motor is changed again (because the phase wire interface on our drive board is a terminal, it is more convenient to connect and disconnect the wire, so I use the motor phase wire to replace the wire. If the phase line of the motor is fixed, the sequence of the three Hall signal lines is the same, and it depends on personal preference), until it can rotate smoothly after power-on, indicating that the wiring is correct. There are 6 different combinations of line sequence exchange. List it out: If the current order of the connected phase wires is defined as ABC, it can be changed to ACB BAC BCA CAB CBA. These combinations are switched once and the electric test machine is turned on. Only one of these 6 combinations is correct.

4. When the wiring is incorrect and the operation is not normal, do not test the machine with high current and high voltage, otherwise there is a risk of damaging the drive board. After the three motor phase lines are exchanged, if the line sequence is correct, the motor will run silky smooth and start at low speed after power-on.
