Q:Can I open a disbute either the package didn't deliver for a long time or I don't like the item that receive?

A:We usually ship out your order in 24 hours after the payment has been verified.

Q:How can I change my shipping address?

A:Please send us your new address by email before your payment. If the package is taken by the post office, we cannot help you change the address.

Q:What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a damaged product?

A:Take a photo and send it to us by email, we will arrange to resend or refund you the full amount.

Q:How do i know my orders have been shipped out?

A:After we sent out your goods, your order status will be Goods Awaiting Acceptance. That means we have shipped out your order.
