2. Please message, email, or call us to obtain RMA number before returning item.
3. A 15% restocking fee will be levied on all returned items found to be in working condition.
4. Items returned damaged will receive a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
5. All returned items must have original tamper-proof label or return will not be accepted.
