3. We will try our best to meet the customers' specification of product color or style, but not necessarily. If the color and style are not in conformity, the goods will not be returned or exchanged (the customer can indicate that the goods cannot be allocated according to the requirements, and the goods can be out of stock);

4. If the buyer is dissatisfied or not easy to sell, we will not return or exchange the product if there is no quality problem;

5. When receiving the goods, customers need to open the box for inspection no matter whether the outer packing box is damaged or not. If the products are damaged due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate with official seal, and submit this certificate to us, and we will assist the customers to claim for compensation; If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not be responsible

6. All customers should protect the integrity of product packaging, accessories or relevant information. If the product has quality problems, we will replace it within the specified time（ The freight exchange fee is borne by the customer. It is suggested to replace it next time.)

7. If the package of returned products is incomplete, accessories or relevant information is incomplete; Repair or refit without authorization; Failure to use and store in accordance with normal methods; Beyond the product warranty period; If the returned products are labeled and fake, we will not be responsible for the return or replacement;

8. When the customer returns the goods with quality problems, please return them to our company by ordinary express. The freight will be paid by the customer in advance. After receiving the goods, the company will supplement the freight and the actual cost of the goods according to the express list.
