Characteristic:

       This module integrates two sensor chips CCS811 and HDC1080 on one board. The measured values of the two sensors can be read separately by IIC communication. The HDC1080 is a low power, high precision, miniature digital temperature and humidity sensor chip.

       The CCS811 is a low-power miniature gas digital sensor for air quality monitoring. A metal oxide (MOX) sensor is integrated to measure the total equivalent volatile organic compound eTVOCs and equivalent eCO2 content. A microcontroller MCU is integrated inside the chip. The gas content value measured by CCS81 is self-corrected by reading the temperature and humidity value of the HDC1080 sensor and writing it to the CCS811 internal environment temperature and humidity correction register.

Instructions for use:
  • ADD: CCS811 slave address selection bit, the default is connected to low level 1011010x, connected to high level 1011011x (x bit read and write control bit)

  • RST: CCS811 reset control terminal, active low, not connected to high level when not in use, do not hang

  • INT: CCS811 measurement end or over-threshold interrupt source output low level

  • WAK: CCS811 wake-up control input, active low

  • SDA: CCS811 and HDC1080 common IIC data signal lines

  • SCL: CCS811 and HDC1080 common IIC clock signal lines

  • VCC: CCS811 and HDC1080 common power supply terminal
