Overview

MB4RTD 4-channel platinum resistance high-precision acquisition module, platinum resistance (PT100/PT1000 @385 dual excitation current is 500uA/250uA) and other signals; platinum resistance excitation source is a dual-matching programmable excitation current source, with higher acquisition accuracy and speed. Fast; the collected analog signal data is output through the isolated RS485 interface; the module adopts Modbus-RTU communication, which can be adapted to PLC, DCS and various configuration software.

Signal acquisition, CPU and power input, and RS485 communication electrical signals are isolated from each other, effectively suppressing various series-mode and common-mode interference, ensuring data accuracy, and ensuring the reliable operation of the module.

Module indicator light and switch function description

1. POW/SET; module working status indication

A. The green light is on: the module is working in the running state. B. The red light is on: The module has configuration parameters that have been written, and needs to be powered on again.

2. TXD/RXD: communication status indication

A. Green light is flashing: the communication has received data B. Red light is flashing: the module is sending data

C. The green light is always on: the communication RS485 lines connected to DATA+ and DATA- are reversed or the wiring is disconnected

3. Reset switch on the right side of the module

A. When the communication parameters (module address, baud rate, parity digit) are unknown or the communication parameters are set incorrectly, and the communication with the module cannot be established, the solution is to reset the communication parameters; we press the reset switch with a paper clip Release, after 5 seconds, the module [POW/SET] red indicator light will be on, release the reset switch, the communication parameters have been reset at this time, as long as the power of the module is powered off and restarted, the communication parameters of the module have been reset at this time.

B. Communication parameters after reset: address: 1, baud rate: 9600bps, parity bit: none.
