The sensor is composed of a metal oxide semiconductor gas sensing layer and a heater. In a gas-testable environment, the conductivity of the sensor increases with the increase of gas concentration, and the internal circuit can convert the change in conductivity into a corresponding gas concentration. The output signal is highly sensitive to the hydrogen and carbon monoxide pollution gases in the smog.
