Description
Since its release in 2014, the MP-D2 decoder has been unanimously praised by users at home and abroad, and even some users take it to the big-name friend DAC whose PK is many times more expensive than it. After 4 years of continuous upgrade and improvement, on November 10, 2019, we officially released the new upgraded MP-D2 MK3 Deluxe Deluxe Edition.
The improvement of MK3 Deluxe Edition over MK3
1. Cancel the optical input that is not commonly used by audiophiles, and increase the Bluetooth HD APTX HD input.
2. The core linear voltage regulator chip is increased from two to six, and the left and right channel DAC chips are fully independent voltage regulators, which also allows ES9038PRO to be connected to a high frequency clock above 40Mhz (such as 60Mhz atomic clock, 100Mhz OCXO constant temperature clock), and Under the external clock, ES9038PRO can support DSD512 format.
3. Improve the working current of the signal tube, optimize the working state, and improve the sense of sound density and moisturization.
4. Re-arrange the layout and optimize the PCB routing, reduce the mutual interference of digital and analog signals, and the background is darker.
5. Reduce the output level when using E88CC and 6922 tubes to 2.5V, to avoid compatibility issues with individual amplifiers with poor input performance when using such tubes. Now when the 6H6 tube RCA output is used, the two gain switches on the back are set to the H position. When using E88CC, 6922, 6DJ8 tube RCA output, dial L position. Users who need to use the XLR output must use E88CC, 6922, 6DJ8 type pipes, and dial H.
6. Coaxial and AES input upgrade from the original maximum support 96Khz to 192Khz.
7. All rectifier diodes are upgraded to the latest low-loss, high-speed series from American Vishay, which further improves the sound quality.
8. The filament power supply is changed to a balanced landing, and a small-capacity filter capacitor is also added to reduce the noise floor of individual bad tubes.
9. The high voltage filter capacitor of the tube is added with high quality MKP capacitor filter to further improve the sound quality.

2. Adopt Japan AKM low time base error digital receiving chip, American SiTime low phase noise clock to reduce time base error. Both coaxial and AES inputs use digital isolation transformers to isolate front-end noise.
