PE4302 is a high linearity, 6-bit digital RF step attenuator, "DSA" with 0.5 dB steps to 31.5 dB attenuation range. The frequency range is from DC-4000MHz to achieve attenuation.This 50 ohm RF DSA provides parallel and serial CMOS control interfaces running on a single 3 volt power supply, and maintains high frequency and temperature attenuation accuracy.It also has a unique control interface that allows the user to select the initial attenuation state at power-up.
