Find a signal with a 50% duty cycle and connect it to PWM-, PWM+, and the amplitude corresponds to the selected model, 3.3V or 5V or 24V. When the frequency is 1KHZ-3KHZ, use a multimeter to measure the two ports of AO and GND. At this time, the meter displays about 5.4V. Adjust the potentiometer on the board to make the multimeter display 5.40v. In this way, your pulse signal is calibrated with this module correspondence. The resolution of this module is 0.1V. The output current capability is 10MA. If the relationship between the percentage of the duty cycle and the voltage is opposite, you can check (or cross-check) the pin for setting the PWM output in the MACH3 software and click the check box of the corresponding pin of STEP LOW and ACTIVE.

4. The voltage range of the input power supply is 12-30VDC (power requirements: greater than 100MA), and the recommended power supply voltage is 15-24VDC.

At 12V level, the power supply cannot be powered by 12VDC, at least a power supply above 15VDC is required. If you must use a 12V power supply, you can also customize a 12VDC power supply converter.
