About the Chandelier:

Each chandelier comes standard with four or more 120V-220V LED bulbs, a brushed nickel ceiling mount and cable-lock mounting hardware. Made of 100% hand blown glass, each glass stem measures between 10-20 inches in length and is individually hung on a central metal frame. Installation is a breeze with our easy-to-use installation guide and free phone support. Available in only 1 size. All Chandeliers can be flush mounted or lowered up to 80 inches from the ceiling with our adjustable cable-lock cables. Hardware and electrical equipment included.

Since every glass stem is individually blown, sizes are approximate. You can customize the size and color.

Shipping:

Shipping is always 100% FREE all over the world by EMS. Rest assured that your chandelier will arrive on time and intact, as each stem is nested carefully in a plastic foam designed to ensure the safety of the glass. We have been shipping glass across the country for many years and can be trusted with your shipment. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, though most orders will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Priority/Express delivery available upon special request. All packages insured against breakage.

Q1:Are these pieces available in different colors and sizes?

Yes. We have color chart for your reference. The size and color can be customized.

Q2:How to assemble chandelier and sculpture? Are chandeliers can be hung to the ceiling directly ?

Installation instruction would be provided, you only need to put stems to the metal frame accordingly. The installation is very similar to putting a ceiling fan and arranging the glass pieces in actually fun!

Q3:Are these glass items broken easily during delivery?

We pack them by 1pc/5-layer export carton, lamp frame K/D packing with thick foam inside, the glass are packaged separately with poly bag and foam, every packages is offered with English installation instruction and picture. We will put 5%-10% spare glass togther in the box, you can just rest assure that some broken pieces won't affect you to install a perfect chandelier.

Q4:Do you accept Credit Card, Visa, Paypal, etc. payment ?

We all done business by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union. 50% deposit, the balance before shipping for order over $5,000. Paypal is also available for small order.

Q5:What kind of shipping way do you use?

Both by sea and Express are ok, you can choose by yourself.

Q6:How the glass plates be sticked on the wall?

We offer stainless steel cup and expansion screw, you can finish installation within 1 minute. The installation instruction and pictures will show you when you order.

Q7:How to clean glass chandelier and sculpture?

Using feather duster will be ok or something like hair drier also is good choice.

Q8:What kind of bulbs be used for chandelier ? Input voltage is? Life is? Can I buy from our country easily?

We use LED bulbs, which is environmental protection & energy conservation.

Input voltage is 110V, 220V, 240V, can be used in world-wide.

Life of LED: at least 50,000 hours.These LED is international standard, you can buy in your country easily.
