A: some probes sealed by non professional manufacturers may have the following problems: (1) the moisture absorption of the potting glue, especially in the high humidity situation, once the humidity increases, it can not be reduced, because the water is stored in the potting glue. (2) after welding, no moisture regain treatment (many manufacturers have not even heard the word), resulting in great temperature and humidity error. (3) with the temperature and long-time oxidation of the potting glue, the potting layer cracks. After condensation, the water drops on the surface of the circuit board, causing electrophoresis and forming faults.
