The working principle of active equalization is that high-voltage batteries automatically charge low-voltage batteries. Iron is an energy transfer type and generates very little heat. Both iron-lithium and ternary lithium are common.

Capacitor active balance: A specially customized control chip is used to achieve a high-precision balance of ±5mV, with a balance current of 3-6A.

Note!! When using a ternary lithium battery or a lithium iron battery, the two solder joints A and B must not be short-circuited, otherwise the battery will be over-discharged.

Note 1: Before wiring, turn the switch to the OFF position to turn off the machine, and repeat the confirmation that the wiring sequence is correct.Turn the switch to the ON position and start working.OV is the total negative pole of the battery pack. It cannot be connected to the wrong wire, the wrong wire will burn the chip!

Note 2: Use copper wires above 0.75 square millimeters (17AWG, 18AWG) to connect,The thicker the cable, the better, and the shorter the better.

Note 3: When working with high current, a slight noise is normal.After connecting the battery for the first time or shutting down for a long time, the startup is slow, please wait patiently. When the switch is turned OFF, the indicator light will not go out immediately because the capacitor has residual power.There is a flying wire on the back of the 6S version to solve the BUG, the next version will be improved.
