Return Policy:

We offer a 7 Day returns policy on all items, if you do not like the item for any reason then you can send the item back for a refund. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and will be charged an additional reasonable fee to cover the cost of sending the item to you in the first instant. The item must be sent back to us the same condition it was sent & saleable or no refund can be provided. We recommend that all items returned should be returned using Recorded Delivery as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit. If your item arrives damaged then please contact us within 7 days and we will either replace the item free of charge (we usually request a photograph of the damage) or issue a refund if out of stock. Please do not send any item back to us until you contact us first. All personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty and will only be replaced for a like to like product.
