Three, the scope of application

1. Use as an ordinary step-down module with over-current protection capability

Instructions:

1. After power on, adjust the voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the ideal voltage;

2. Use a multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current in the 10A current range (directly connect the two test leads to the output terminal), and adjust the current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined overcurrent protection value. (For example, the current value displayed by the multimeter is 4A, then the high current can only reach 4A when you use the module, and the red constant current indicator light is on when the current reaches 4A, otherwise the indicator light is off)

Note: When used in this state, since the output terminal has a current sampling resistor of 0.05 ohms, there will be a 0~0.3V voltage drop after the load is connected. This is a normal phenomenon! This voltage drop is not pulled by your load Low, but dropped to the sampling resistor.

2. Use as a battery charger

The module without constant current function can be used to charge the battery.

The voltage difference between the battery and the charger is very large, which leads to excessive charging current and damage to the battery. Therefore, the battery should be charged with constant current at the beginning, and when the charging reaches a certain level, it will automatically switch back to constant voltage charging.

Instructions:

1. Determine the float voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need; (If the lithium battery parameter is 3.7V/2200mAh, then the float voltage is 4.2v, and the maximum charging current is 1C, which is 2200m4);

4. If the charging current is set to 1A, then when charging When the current is less than 0.1A, the red charging indicator light is off and the red full indicator light is on, and the battery is fully charged at this time);

5. Connect the battery and charge it.

Note: Steps (1)(2)(3)(4) are: the input end is connected to the power supply, and the output end is not connected to the battery without load.

3. Use as a high-power LED constant current drive module

(1) Determine the working current and working voltage that need to drive the LED;

⑵Under no-load conditions, the multimeter measures the output voltage and adjusts the voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the LED high working voltage;

(3) Use a multimeter to measure the output short-circuit current at 10A current level, and adjust the current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED operating current;

(4) Connect the LED and test the machine.

Note: Step ⑴)(2)((3): The input terminal is connected to the power supply, and the output terminal is not connected to the LED light when there is no load.

1. The positive and negative terminals of the input terminal cannot be connected reversely, otherwise the module will be burnt out directly;

2. The maximum input voltage and maximum output current cannot be satisfied at the same time, high voltage, high current, hot swapping cannot be used for a long time, pay attention to strengthen heat dissipation;

3. The maximum output power is 75W, which is a limiting condition, please leave a margin for use; when this module is used in excess of 3A, 35W, please strengthen the heat dissipation;
